The after-school program takes place twice a week, with coaches visiting participants’ schools. During these practices, coaches prepare the children for the “friendly games” held every weekend.

In addition to developing basketball skills, participants also learn about our core values. These values are introduced through both small- and large-group discussions. Afterward, the entire team reflects together on what they have learned, ensuring a shared understanding of the meaning of our values.

We bring these values into the game of basketball, and the children demonstrate what they have learned both on and off the court—and, in turn, apply lessons from the court to their daily lives.
